Works as intended and gets all of our users authenticated when they're messaging us. Highly recommended!

Works perfectly! Our chats can contain sensitive information so being able to verify who we are chatting is crucial. On tickets that were created with the conversation bot, the user's name used to display as "Web User..." unless we prompted them to enter their name. And even if they did enter their name, we had no way of verifying the accuracy. Due to that issue, the conversation bot used to be unusable for us. Now we can use it with confidence.
