Ticket History

This was incredibly helpful for our agents. Quick way to see ticket history for a requester. Thank you Zena Hirsch!

While the app itself seems to work fine, it appears that information that was redacted from a ticket will still be visible in the ticket preview that appears when selecting a ticket from the app, which is a major concern from a security standpoint. For now, we'll likely need to turn off the ticket preview functionality so that it's a non-issue, but this preview functionality is otherwise a pretty key feature in our overall usage of this app, so it'd be great if the devs could address this swiftly.

Seems to work great so far. I've been using it on a number of different tickets and it's working really well! I've been looking for an app like this for 2 years and I'm so happy someone finally made one.

Has been running smooth but we now randomly don't see any history on certain customers any more, however, the Customer has many tickets with us. It's very random to when it works and when it doesn't, we've seen an increase in errors though. I've Emailed Support but haven't received any answers.
