Have used this app multiple times. Great tool with great support.

We used it twice to do a migration from Help Scout, it covers around 90% of what you need, but there are still several things you'd need to do manually: 1. Does not transfer Workflows from Help Scout 2. Does not configure redirects for knowledge base articles, you will need to create your own script. 3. If you have articles in Eglish and German for example, it won't transfer it - you will need to do it manually. 4. Cannot ignore "required on solve" fields - they are not needed by Zendesk as long as they are not part of the ticket form. As a result if you have multiple brands, you will need to disable temporary required fields in order to compelte migration.

We were looking for a solution to migrate tickets from one system to our Zendesk, without having to develop it ourselves. We moved from Autotask to Zendesk. This Help Desk Migration tool made it very simple and easy to do, and i would reccomend it to everyone that needs a Help Desk Migration tool.

We had to move from a zendesk instance to another one. The ability to use that tool, to test at will on the demo helped so much to deal with the stress. On top of that, the support is proactive and reached out to help on some issues, proposing solutions that actually worked. Thanks.
