Our core business is about relaying messages to third parties and the Escalator app is the best way to do it. It works perfectly! Wish we'd known about it much earlier :-)

Great app to integrate both customer and supplier communication into one tool. I would definitely recommend it if you are thinking about the side conversation option of Zendesk as this solutions will give you the same functionalities (or more) for a better pricing!

We were using the Fork app and it helped our workflow considerably. I was dreading the upgrade to Escalator, and now I can't imagine life before Escalator! The Lovestock & Leaf team are fast, friendly, patient, and knowledgable. The app addressed problems that we didn't know we had. My team's favorite features are the visibility into sibling tickets; predefined "escalations" that eliminate steps, linking from previously viewed tickets, and more.

A really great app that helps us make our customer service processes much more effective, especially after the last update. You can easily create SubTickets that contain certain contents of the parent ticket, attachments can also be selected and added from the complete ticket history of the parent ticket. The customer service is competent and very friendly, reacts quickly and takes feedback seriously. Some of our wishes have already been implemented in the next updates. For us the app is worth its money.
