Solid app, great support from the agnoStack team. Very clean implementation and a ton of features!

This app makes connecting to BigCommerce easy and seamless. I was able to use the app to pull over all of my website orders and data which enables the customer support team to manage everything in Zendesk. They can do everything from refunds, order edits and even up selling. Everything syncs back and forth in real time. The customer support team is happy, customers are happy and I did not have to do any work.

This app is super useful and user friendly! We can see all the order information we need right from Zendesk, no need to waste time searching for information on Magento. The company is also amazing to work with- all questions are answered promptly, support has been extremely communicative and quick on resolving issues that we've encountered.

This app is fantastic! What a major upgrade from the previous Magento 1 app and really excited to see that they support other eCommerce platform that we're moving to. The team was extremely helpful getting us up to work through some configuration issues we had on our end...highly recommended!
