Review after 7 months of using IrisAgent: Pros: - Super impressed with its accuracy - My core support team, managed services team and customer success team have seen more than 50% reduction in our level 2 escalations. These teams find the AI generated suggest response to be super helpful for closing tickets faster - AI does wonders and it can collect information and suggest resolutions from our historical tickets and different repositories of knowledge articles we have Bonus point: Super easy set-up and friendly people to work with! Cons: None, at the moment. I'll update here if anything changes. Only wish I knew about IrisAgent earlier! I definitely recommend them, GIve them a try!

The integration was easy. We like the automation of workflows this tool offers especially given we get a lot of repetitive requests that it was able to automate.

We recently integrated it into our Zendesk account. I am quite impressed with the accuracy of the responses i.e. more than 90%. The tools I had used in the past were only 60-70%. Our Agents would spend even more time correcting those incorrect responses which hasn’t been the case now.
