Smart End-Users Merge

Take care of some of the shortcomings of ZenDesk. If another Customer has the same name or phone, it will show as a possible duplicate. Also useful for merging the no-name callers into a named account. There is no bulk-find fix option, but after trying trial for a week, it's helped me catch-up. I used another App to export users to create an spreadsheet of customers to show and sort duplicates.
