Over the last months I have been working with Answer Search and I love it. Answer Search makes working easier and more efficient. I can easily find a ticket I wrote before and reuse them with one click. The library is my favorite feature as it allows me to save tickets I wrote to customers in the past and reuse them whenever the same question is asked by another customer. When you are looking for a way to make your day more efficient, I would totally recommend Answer Search!
