Same as the last comment, we were using this apps for year but it suddenly stop working a week ago. It was a 5 stars app before that. Now its impossible to get support of it.

Currently using this app which has been working great for the past couple of years. It recently stopped working and we are struggling to get support. It is a 5* app when it works.
