Excellent app! Currently using it to auto-categorize our Support tickets, but the room for experimentation with the auto-categorization is fantastic. Will definitely be handy for automating workflows for different scenarios.

This app offers exactly what we were looking for. It makes it incredibly easy to categorise tickets and extract important data before an agent deals with the ticket. The documentation is comprehensive and the support is extremely responsive (for issues and feature requests).

We've been using this app to help us categorize tickets and automate our ticket routing. It's been great to create prompts in "normal" language with ChatGPT and let the app automatically categorize things, which we then route using Zendesk triggers. They've got great help documentation that provides examples on how to set up different actions, and the support team has been really responsive when needed. Highly recommend!
