We purchased this theme as an infodesk for our internal services. 1. Theme Design We selected this theme from the Zendesk Marketplace because we thought it would most easily fit the purpose of our service. The user experience was very good, as the top page has important links and sections in an easy to read manner. The customizable tables, checkboxes, callouts, and other formatting made it easy to create a full-fledged page. 2. Customizability The ability to add buttons and columns as needed gave us the flexibility to customize the infodesk to suit our services. The ability to freely set element colors and fonts also made it easy to brand the site. 3. Source Code Because I purchased a developer license, I also customized the source code. The HTML and CSS are written in a very easy-to-read format, and if you have web coding skills, you can customize it quite flexibly. Overall, I felt that the theme is very flexible and allows for the creation of a user-friendly site.
The theme looks great and works fine. The code is easy to read and really fun to use. Absolutely worth the money! I would definitely recommend Conway and Lotus Themes, based on the high quality and customer service we have received. That was incredibly great and saved us a lot of time in customizing the theme to our needs. Special shout out to Daniel.
